UPDATE:

We all had a lot of fun and Tabetha met Connor Doran from America’s Got Talent. He was on this year’s show and brought back as a wild card, made it into the top 12 with his indoor kite flying.His videos are on YouTube. We watched as he flew his kite, the crowd was enamored. Tabetha worked the Kids Passport Table where she helped kids make their own kits. The weather was a little uncooperative and a sneaker wave took out the two big Crown kites pictured with Tabetha, and send the crowd running for higher ground. We all laughed once it was over it was really like a mini tsunami, and everyone was okay. Since the tide was so high some of the experienced kite fliers took to the ocean, Up to 7 people would fly in a tandem formation following the calls of one person, while the wave watcher monitored the ocean. Tabetha had fun visiting with attendees from Taiwan, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Japan, Victoria BC, Canada, Washington. California and Oregon to name a few.

Tabetha was invited to return to the spring kite festival.
