Contestants and Families, This year has come and gone so fast! It has been an honor and privilege to represent such a beautiful state as Miss North Carolina Junior Teen. National American Miss has taught me so many valuable lessons and skills to help me through this crazy life! It is truly unlike any other pageant in the country.Throughout my year, I worked with many Diabetes Organizations, Make-A-Wish, and Relay for Life to name a few. I’ve grown so much in my community through my title, and met some extraordinary and inspirational people who have changed my life.I would like to thank Matt Leverton and the entire National American Miss Staff for an unforgettable year. You run the hottest show in town!To my sister queens, from coast to coast, you all are constantly in my thoughts and prayers, and will remain in my heart forever. I love you dearly, and I think the absolute world of you!To all the contestants, I’ve been in your shoes. Take a deep breath! Enjoy this weekend with your family. Grow from this, and make friends and memories I know will last forever! To my successor, let this experience open doors for your future, and cherish every moment of your reign. Congratulations and welcome to the NAMily!
