2012 National American Miss South Carolina Teen Queen volunteers at Back to School Wellness Fair.
Miss South Carolina Teen Casey Johnson volunteered at the 6th annual Back to School Wellness Fair where she handed out bears to local school children. She really enjoyed meeting all of these children and being able to give them a toy to start off the school year with a smile!
