Carter Brown, National American Miss North Carolina Jr. Pre-Teen Queen volunteered at Get Heeled 5K.

Carter Brown, Miss North Carolina Jr. Pre-Teen at the Get Heeled 5K in Chapel Hill, NC. She was the Grand Marshall for the kids Mini-Miler race. She had a great time and was glad to be at a great cause.
