Carter Brown, Miss North Carolina Jr. Pre-Teen and her sister queen and mentor, Miss North Carolina Pre-Teen, Hannah Gold, spent their day serving needy families in Wake County, North Carolina. With Santa Claus in tow and the help of hundreds of other volunteers, these two ladies hostessed families and organized and wrapped gifts for New Horizons Fellowship Church’s Christmas Store!
