Lacrissa Lamar, Kentucky Jr. Pre-Teen Cover Girl, helped at the Training Session in Louisville. Lacrissa came to the Crowne Plaza to help at the training sessions for new contestants competing at the Kentucky State Pageant. She helped with personal introduction and welcoming all of the contestants and their families.

Miss Kentucky Jr. Pre-Teen Cover Girl, Lacrissa Lamar, met with Governor Beshear. On March 31, Lacrissa had the opportunity to meet and speak with Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear. She did a great job answering questions he asked as well as asking him questions. She had a great time and really enjoyed this awesome opportunity.

Lacrissa Lamar, Miss Kentucky Jr. Pre-Teen Cover Girl, delivered books to Shelby Elementary School. Lacrissa had the chance to make a class of kindergarteners and first graders very happy at Shelby Elementary School, in Louisville, KY. Shelby Elementary School is one of the low test score schools in the area. Lacrissa went to the class one morning and passed out some books and then read a story to the students. A fun day was had by all!
