2015 National American Miss South Carolina Maryanna Hatcher volunteered with a summer school program. Maryanna was able to work with some students in a summer school program in Yemassee, South Carolina. She was able to teach them music using sign language and movement.Newly crowned, Maryanna Hatcher, National American Miss South Carolina helped at the Georgia state pageant.
Newly crowned, Maryanna Hatcher, National American Miss South Carolina helped at the Georgia state pageant. Maryanna got crowned as the Miss Queen in Greenville, South Carolina. She then jumped right into serving and volunteering by heading to the Georgia state pageant in Atlanta, Georgia.
Shelby Beloate, National American Miss Tennessee, emceed the Harrelson Spring Fling Pageant.
Shelby Beloate, National American Miss Tennessee, recently she went back to her Jr. high school to emcee at the “Harrelson Spring Fling Pageant.” This was a fundraiser for the Harrelson Middle School Cheerleaders to attend cheer camp this summer. It was a wonderful way to give back to her previous school and the athletic department that she had been so involved in.

I can’t believe how fast the year has gone by. I enjoyed my exciting, busy, and fun filled week in California. We had so much fun in Disneyland, from riding the rides and touring Hollywood, But most of all making new friends from different states and seeing new and exciting things. I have been spending my time volunteering and being in parades.
To mom thank you for always being there for us no matter what, even when you were down you still encouraged us to study hard for our exams and in the end you where there with a smile and just as proud of all of us mom we can’t ask for nothing more of you as always you put us first before yourself I love you mom always.
To all the girls competing, remember what the true meaning of success is. Compete against yourself and be the best you, tonight and for the rest of your life. I hope you have all learned something about yourself this weekend. For all of the young ladies tonight, I wish you walk out of here knowing you are smarter than you think, more beautiful than you see, and more empowered than you feel. There is nothing in between you and your desires other than obstacle you yourself have put in place.
To the new Miss South Carolina, get ready for the unexpected! You are going to have the time of your life! You will filled with excitement, unforgettable moments. Just remember to carry yourself with grace and poise. Your beauty will shine through humbleness and modesty, so stay grounded but be ready to take flight.
This night may mark the end of my reign as Miss South Carolina, but I have only just crossed the starting line of a race that will last a lifetime.

Spencer Petty, Miss Tennessee Teen, brings the Miss Amazing Pageant to Tennessee!
Spencer Petty, Miss Tennessee Teen and Director, of an inspiring 501(c)3 non-profit organization, Tennessee Miss Amazing Pageant. The mission of the Miss Amazing Pageant TM is to provide opportunities for girls and young women with disabilities to raise self-confidence through the skills learned in pageantry in a supportive environment. Even though this organization had been around since 2007 in 20 other states, it had not been held in Tennessee. So Spencer brought the first Miss Amazing pageant for the young ladies with disabilities in Tennessee on Saturday, Jan 3 and Sunday, Jan 4, 2015. After competing in National American Miss pageants for nine years she knew what pageants had done for her in increasing her confidence and she wanted to offer this same experience to young ladies with disabilities. They successfully reached their goal for the first year by:

Anna Grace Reep, Miss South Carolina Princess, has been busy volunteering around town. Anna-Grace was in the Little Mountain Reunion parade in August representing NAM as Miss South Carolina Princess. It is South Carolina’s Oldest Folk Festival and part of her hometown of Newberry County. Even in a light rain, Anna-Grace rode in the parade & afterwards visited with some of the crowd talking about NAM and how it promotes confidence in their girls.She then met with the Head of School at her school to donate school supplies that were collected at her South Carolina state pageant. Brian Fitzgerald, Head of Newberry Academy thanked her for such a generous donation to go toward the student body. He is so proud of his second grader who is South Carolina Princess for National American Miss. Anna Grace participates in Eaglette Cheerleading and is on the High Honor Roll for the school.
Anna-Grace also met with the Mayors of the towns in Newberry County South Carolina last night. She met with the Mayor Lisha Senn of Silverstreet, SC; Mayor Darryl Hentz of Pomaria, SC; Mayor Derek Underwood of Prosperity, SC ; and Mayor Foster Senn of Newberry. They all wanted to meet with her and wish her luck as she will represent our community & state at Nationals.
Also she met with Mayor Derek Underwood privately as he welcomed her nonprofit thrift store Angels of Grace to the town of Prosperity. She had appeared in an advertisement with her sister in the Newberry Magazine where the Thrift Store had moved to Prosperity. It was featured on page 24 in the September/October edition. Anna-Grace is the ambassador and a volunteer in the non-profit store. She helped it moved and works in the store setting up displays, sorting clothes, and also helping children shop in the store.
After a busy day with school, cheerleading practice & appearances, she stopped by one of her proud sponsors Zesto’s of Newberry to get supper. Mr. Jack the owner knows that their Fried Chicken is her favorite food. They always have their NAM Queen a chicken leg & a milkshake ready.

Megan Ebert, National American Miss North Carolina Miss Queens says farewell.
My year as the National American Miss North Carolina is one that I will never forget. I was able to spend time and get to know some of my sister queens and other state royalty at open calls for NC and SC, as well as at Nationals.
Having the privilege of meeting our Governor Pat McCrory and the Burlington Mayor Ronnie Wall. I had a blast volunteering and helping raise funds for the Susan G. Komen Race For The Cure with two of my sister queens, as well as delivering bears and other personal items to the Ronald McDonald house for the families. I was able to enjoy a beautiful summer evening with some of sister queens at a Greensboro Grasshopper Baseball Game at their annual Princess Night. Nationals was an experience I will never forget. Placing in the top 10 at Nationals was a true blessing and the friendships made during that week will last a lifetime!
To my director Matt and his wonderful staff, thank y’all so much for all y’all have done for me and my family. It’s hard to believe that nine years ago I stepped foot on the National American Miss stage for the very first time as a shy pre-teen, and very soon I will stand on the same stage for the last time as a confident, growing young woman!
To every young lady who competes in National American Miss, no matter what age division your in or what state you reside in. Always remember that you are fearfully and wonderfully made, and you are beautiful just they way you are! Never given up your hopes and dreams, because if you can dream than you can achieve it!

2013 National American Miss Kentucky Jr. Pre-Teen Queen Hannah Martin says farewell to her year as Queen.
After five years of hard work and dedication, I was overwhelmed with emotion to be crowned your 2013 Miss Kentucky Junior Preteen. It has been an incredible year with many wonderful experiences. I was truly honored to represent my state for National American Miss.
I had the opportunity to meet several community and state leaders. Touring the state capital with my sister queens and meeting Governor Brashear was a great experience.
I loved supporting my community at festivals, parades and fundraising events. I was excited to raise over $1,000 for breast cancer awareness with my NAM bake sale. I also collected books and helped comfort children at the Volunteers of America emergency shelter.
The national pageant in California was amazing. I had so much fun with the contestants and their families at Disneyland. I think my parents had fun too! Seeing the stars on the Hollywood walk of fame and shopping in Coconut Grove was a blast!
I was honored to place second runner up in casual wear modeling and first runner up as the most promising model at nationals.
I made so many new friends this year. Olivia, Miss Indiana, and Maddie, Miss Kansas, you will be my life-long friends. To my sister queens, Aaniyah, Brooke, and Savannah, I am so blessed to have shared this journey with you and you will always have a place in my heart.
A very special thanks to my mom and dad for supporting my dream. You are always encouraging me to do my best and never give up. Thanks to my friend, Gracie, who is more like a big sister. You are always there and even made the trip to California to cheer me on.
Thanks to Matt Leverton for being a wonderful state director and role model for so many young girls. I will remember this year forever.
To my successor, embrace this year and enjoy every moment.
