to raise money for the Alzheimer's Association of America! It was a huge success
and raised $625 for a great cause! It was held in memory of her grandpa, Charlie
Humphrey.

Oktoberfest is a Community Fundraiser that raises money for the soup kitchen, Women’s Shelter and other outreach programs in her county.

The participants appeared in casual wear as well as party wear. The fundraiser benefited Thursday’s Child, a special needs adoption program as well as the Lexington Humane Society. Alexis collected monetary donations for each charity as well as over 90 stuffed animals to go to the children of Thursday’s Child so that in her words: “They can always have a best friend with them no matter where they are”. The participants of the fundraiser along with Alexis are featured in the April issue of TOPS in Lexington Magazine for their efforts. The charity runway show is an annual event that she is already looking forward to participating in again next year.

Jaymason Jaymason2 Jaymason3 Jaymason4 Jaymason5 Miss South Carolina Princess Jaymason Mease created a five day fundraiser to help out her furry friends at the Foxnest No Kill Shelter in her community. She even got her friends involved in helping out for her cause. Jaymason then visited Dr. Ross at the shelter handing him a check from proceeds that she raised. Her future plans throughout the year are to continue to help her furry friends in the community.

National American Miss North Carolina Pre-Teen Queen Alina Galvan presented a check to the wounded warriors along with a representative from Chic Fil A. Alina teamed up with Chic Fil A to do a Spirit Day to raise money to benefit the wounded warriors.

Alina and Caliee Calabrese(Miss N.C.Junior Preteen) did the spirit day together to show the troops that they are appreciated. Alina is the founder of “Letters Of Thanks”. Alina’s father is in the Army and she is also the grandaughter of a Vietnam Veteran!The military life has been a big inspiration to her work as an avid volunteer for our troops. She says she is thankful for their sacrifices for our freedom!
