Miss Kentucky Teen Stephanie Ramos, volunteered her time with Magical Moments.

Stephanie Ramos, National American Miss Kentucky Teen Queen was blessed to be part of a wonderful event called Magical Moments In Louisville,KY. The event was held to give FREE prom dresses and shoes to girls who can’t afford it.

was a guest volunteer and speaker. She also collected gowns and shoes in her community and donated gowns and shoes of her own. The event took place at the Paul Mitchell School. After girls picked out a gown and shoes they also got their hair and make-up done for free. As part of Stephanie’s speech, she spoke to girls about self confidence, poise and the many benefits that being a part of NAM brought to her life and can bring to their lives as well. Stephanie had an amazing day and was truly blessed to be part of this wonderful event.

Kentucky Teen Queen Stephanie Ramos was contacted by the Mayor of her hometown Danville KY, because he knew about the community service that she has been doing in her town and surrounding areas.

Kentucky Teen Queen Stephanie Ramos was contacted by the Mayor of her hometown Danville KY, because he knew about the community service that she has been doing in her town and surrounding areas. She has been promoting her platform by being a spokesmodel on the effort of preventing cyber-bullying. Stephanies hometown is very proud of how she is using her National American Miss title. Stephanie was honored by the Mayor and the four commisioners with a Proclamation. The event was televised on her local television station and it was printed in their local paper.

Stephanie Ramos, 2011 NAM Kentucky Teen Queen, has been working with the Dare To Dream Organization. It is a beauty and talent showcase for children with special needs.

Stephanie Ramos, 2011 NAM Kentucky Teen Queen, has been working with the Dare To Dream Organization. It is a beauty and talent showcase for children with special needs. In August she went to her local High School to give a speech to children with special needs on the benefits of doing a pageant and how it would help them. As a result many children signed up and the pageant took place on September 10, 2011. Stephanie was a guest of honor, performed her talent and helped with crowning. All proceeds went to SPAN, Special Person’s Advocacy Network. The event was a success and she loves these children!

Stephanie Ramos, 2011 National American Miss Kentucky Teen Queen worked with Ronald Mcdonald at an event called touch a truck where children where able to get on and touch.There was an ambulance, a fire truck, a helicopter, all different rescue vehicles that the kids got to experience and play on. Stephanie then had a chance to meet with the kids and get pictures taken with them. What a neat experience to be able to spend some time with the kids and their families. They also got to meet and greet Ronald Mc Donald. There were also face painting, different activities for the kids to participate in and food donated from O’Charley’s. All the proceeds raised went to the Ronald McDonald charities of the Bluegrass.
